Frencon Construction Limited is committed to partnering as we envisage that partnering procurement is the future direction of the construction industry, particularly in the public sector where lies the core of our business.

Frencon appreciates the many advantages of partnering not only for the employer but for all the parties involved.

Frencon have previously secured partnering arrangements with Homes for Islington on their framework arrangements for their CREPS, ROLEC and Decent Homes Programmes.

We have also partnered with Hillingdon Homes to provide new build, design and build homes on four independent sites. The arrangement was based on the PPC 2000 contract although it was adapted by the authority to reflect the design element of the works.

We envisage the main objective of partnering as meeting our clients quality requirements by the most cost effective means possible, either on a short term, single project or strategic basis.
