We look for experienced construction personnel with initiative and enthusiasm to succeed. Listed below are existing vacancies;

SITE MANAGERS

Candidates should have proven experience within the construction industry and be able to demonstrate a capability to work on their own initiative on new build and refurbishment projects undertaken.

CONTRACT SURVEYORS

To undertake responsibility for all financial and contractual matters on selected contracts. Candidates should be computer literate, be able to demonstrate the ability of negotiate at all levels and possess excellent communication skills. An understanding of partnering contracts would be advantageous.

RESIDENT LIAISON OFFICERS

Candidates will be the first point of contact for residents, informing them of the works to be undertaken on their properties and arranging access to their homes. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and an ability to work in an organised methodical manner.
